3th The Dharmic king of Khamar, Jamyang Choephel was born at Tsangrong village of Markham in the year 1881, in the family named Dhunkartsang. He went to Ngor monastery in Utsang to learn the doctrines and later he started to practice meditation and he was renowned for his excellency in meditational experiences. He then took the responsibility of abbot of the monastery. But because of the strict order from the higher authorities of his own village for him to return to his village, he went to his village and he served to the Dharma and the beings. In the year 1916, by the request of Ngor Thartse Khen Rinpoche for him to come in Drakyab, he went there and he established sadhana practice and proclaimed tantric teaching in a limitless way. He served beings for many years by his religious activities. With the benefactors of the teachings, he restored the outer, inner and secret part of his monastery like never before and in the year 1950, he passed into Nirvana.

Tulku Ngawang Shedup Choekyi Gyaltsen  was born to the son of father Gedun Gyatso and mother Tsetso in the year 1992. He was praised by many people for having an intelligent mind and cheerful nature from his young age. In the year 1995, His holiness Sakya Dagchen Jigdrel Rinpoche visited Khamar monastery and was supposed to recognize the reincarnation of Choejey Jamyang Choephel and gave him name as Ngawang Shedup Yonten Gyatso but because of some conditions he didn't get the time for the ceremony. Later in the year 2004, the ceremony of enthronement took place in the Sakya Centre at Dehradun and he was named Ngawang Shedrup Choekyi Gyaltsen by His holiness Sakya Trizin. According to the vision of his holiness, he started to learn from basic practices of rituals of Sakya lineage and moreover, he staged first on the Kila sadhana and he completed his studies in 2007. He attained complete empowerments, transmissions and instructions of Sakya lineage from his holiness the Sakya Trizin. In the year 2008, he started to study the treatises of both Tibetan and Indian panditas and siddhas, diligently and continuously in the day and night in the Sakya Centre and everyone is having faith and devotion to him. Having good character and being intelligent, His Eminence elder Dungsey Rinpoche advised him to teach in Sakya Institute and he is taking responsibility of teacher now.

3th  Choktrul Shedrup Tenpei Gyaltsen was born in the year 1989 to the son of father Gedun Gyatso and mother Tsetso. Parents and many relatives witnessed some miraculous signs and symbol before he was born and everyone didn't know the exact reason at that time. From his young age, he was intelligent, he respected elders and cared for younger ones so everyone started to like him. He started his kindergarten at the age of four and later he was recognized as the third reincarnation of Choktrul Lama Tingzin Sangpo of Nego Monastery by Ngoshul Khenpo Ngagchung or well known as Lama Achoe, named him as Shedrup Tenpei Gyaltsen. Lama Tsering Topgyal cared him as his own son and the enthronement ceremony was immediately held at Nego monastery. He served there until the age of seventeen and by the advice of his teacher, he went to India at Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro Institute to study great treatises of Buddhist philosophy and finally he attained Master Degree of Madyamaka and completed his studies in the year 2014. He attained all the vast and profound Dharma teachings from great Nyingma masters. Moreover, he attained the main teachings of the Sakya sect, paths and their outcomes Path and Result (Lamdrey) from His holiness Sakya Trizin. He is still continuing his service to his monastery and his people.
