In 1954, Luding Khenchen Rinpoche became the spiritual head of the Ngor-lineage within the Sakya-school of Tibetan Buddhism. The Ngor-lineage with its original main seat in Tibet, the monastery Ngor Evam Chöden, was founded by the Sakya master Kunga Sangpo in the 14th century. Since then a major part of the instructions of the Sakya tradition has been transmitted through the Ngor-lineage.

A brief history of Ngagre Khangtsen, a branch sector of Evam Ngor monastery where Lama Jamyang Choephel's Buddha activities flourished for the welfare of buddha's doctrine and beings. Generally, the world is changing from centuries to centuries, years to years and even seconds to seconds of our life are changing. We are not having what we had in the past and sometimes we are having what was not there in the past. Moreover, in 1959, the dharmic land, Tibet, has gone through many adversities in both the environment and the inhabitants. At that time, Lama Jamyang Choephel from Khamar Monastery of Markham established Ngagre Khangtsen in the U-tsang region, a branch of Sakya Ngor Evam monastery. For sake of both doctrines and welfare of beings, with great compassion, he contributed for both the external construction and internal studies of the monks. But now there are no students there and only some ruins of buildings are left. As we all know that the doctrine and welfare of beings depends upon the existence of sangha community and for that we need one centre for the assemblage of monks. We Sangha members were hoping for rebuilding the Ngagre Khangtsen before many years. Now the Chinese government has announced that I the rebuilding doesn't takes place then the land will be confiscated soon. We are facing financial problems for rebuilding the monastery and for me, I am a responsible Lama of the monastery but because of my young age, I can't do much for it so I request and hope for all the faithful people to facilitate and help to rebuilt our monastic sector.
那日康萨的基本历史 ：
该佛学院位于西藏日喀则地区，是萨迦派俄尔寺旗下的一个佛学院。史上1959年后西藏很多地方经历了不幸的环境，各个寺庙和佛学院都遭遇了极大的破坏和甚至很多僧人都被逼迫离开了寺庙。 但是来自西藏芒康｛康玛｝寺的活佛加央曲培为了佛教的繁荣以及修行者的利益，他动用了自己的所有积蓄和资金把那日康萨佛学院修建在俄尔寺旗下。 1959年至2015年 这56年期间该佛学院遭到了很多破坏别说是学院连一个僧人都没有 以前有超过万人的学院现在只剩下一些建筑物的废墟，真是让人寒心啊，正如大家知道没有佛学院 就没有佛教弟子。 所以我们需要一个有很多僧侣的佛学院，至今中国政府批准的该学院重建的项目和我们获得了一个很大面积的土地，如果政府给的时间范围内还没把佛学院修建 完，该土地要被政府没收以及作为别的用途。所以我们面临着各种经济上的困难。本人身为加央曲培活佛的转世，想要把这佛学院重建起来让佛教发扬光大，这是本人很久以前的心愿以及每个佛教弟子的梦想。 希望所有的佛教弟子尽自己最大的力量帮助重建我们的佛学院。 志愿者：1:加央曲培活佛的转世（阿旺协珠确吉坚赞仁波切） 2:喇嘛丹增桑布的转世（协珠登贝坚赞仁波切）
